PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a financial institution such as a bank to operate a rental branch office management system in such a way as to lend its branch offices to a borrower such as a company, so that lending the branch offices benefits both the financial institution and the borrower.;SOLUTION: A host computer for managing accounts and a rental branch office management server are installed in the financial institution and a terminal device is installed in a branch office. The terminal device receives the input of transaction contents and sends the transaction contents to the rental branch office management server. The rental branch office management server receives the transaction contents, calculates a rental fee that the financial institution collects from the borrower on the basis of the transaction contents, and sends the calculated rental fee to the host computer.
