PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved business establishment management server for safely and surely opening and closing the connection of a network to a server terminal installed in a business establishment in opening/closing the branch office of a business establishment.;SOLUTION: This business establishment management server includes: a branch office plan registration part for storing plan information related with the opening of the branch office of a business establishment; an opening information reception part for receiving opening information related with the opening of the branch office to be transmitted from the movable branch office authentication device; an authentication information processing part for generating authentication information necessary for the opening of the branch office on the basis of the plan information and the opening information; an authentication information transmission part for transmitting the authentication information to the branch office authentication device; and a network opening/closing management part for transmitting network opening instruction information for instructing the opening of the network to the network opening/closing control device for controlling the opening/closing of network connection between a branch office processing terminal installed in the branch office and a task processing server installed in the business establishment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
