PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental management server capable of increasing profits of a rental trader in accordance with a request of a user even if there is no rental article in stock.SOLUTION: The rental management server comprises: a route decision unit for deciding a transportation route for each vehicle on the basis of lending reservation information and return reservation information of a rental article; a calculation unit for calculating the number of rental articles to be loaded by returns from the transportation route for each vehicle; a determination unit for determining whether the number of lending reservations for rental articles of reservation targets exceeds the number of rental articles in stock; an identification unit for identifying a vehicle to load the articles of the reservation targets exceeding the number of lending reservations before a reserved time of lending of the articles of the reservation targets on the basis of the number of rental articles to be loaded for each vehicle if the number of lending reservations exceeds the number of articles in stock; and a decision unit for deciding a transfer location where the articles of reservation targets are transferred to the other vehicle, on the basis of a position of the identified vehicle, a position of the other vehicle including a lending location of the articles of the reservation targets in the transportation route, and the lending location.
