PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve education efficiency by applying only the contents required for a student in remote education at a suitable timing. ;SOLUTION: Concerning a hybrid type remote education system in which both a server 10 and a client 11 have education contents, advancement of education is estimated by confirming the level of comprehension from a network side corresponding to the condition of study for each student, and when the level is higher than a certain result, these education contents 31 are erased from each client so that the system resource of the client can be effectively utilized. Further, the education contents of just an obstacle for a fully comprehending student are excluded so that the next course can be automatically distributed from the network 20 or a cryptographic key to be taken out of the distributed medium can be distributed. Thus, a student can be concentrated only on the education contents to be originally learnt by himself and learning effect will be enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
