PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device with a steam generation function allowing easy cleaning of a steam generation part to always keep the steam generation part sanitary, executing heating control and water supply control on the basis of temperature information about an evaporating dish to execute a proper steam heating process, and improved in heating efficiency.;SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device with the steam generation function supplies at least one of a high frequency and steam to a heating chamber 11 storing a heated object to apply the heating process to the heated object. The high frequency heating device has a high frequency generation part 13, the steam generation part 15 generating the steam inside the heating chamber 11, a temperature detection part 20 detecting a temperature of the steam generation part, and a control part 501 controlling a heater. The high frequency heating device executes the heating control for the steam generation part on the basis of the temperature information of the temperature detection part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
