PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring apparatus installing device capable of temporarily fixing with ease a wiring apparatus installing member to a wall material even before or even after cloth lining. SOLUTION: A wiring box 12 is formed into a shape such that a bottomed square box that is long in the vertical direction having an opening 14 is cut out over the widthwise direction at the upper side and the lower side of a bottom wall 15. Abutting parts 24, 25 are outwardly protruded at the opening 14 side ends of the upper wall 20 and the lower wall 21 of the wiring box 12. Swelling parts 31, 32 are formed inside the central part between the upper wall 20 and the lower wall 21. Fixing holes 31a, 32a for fixing installation screws are formed at the swelling parts 31, 32. A part of a first end 41 side of each adhesive tape 13 is adhered to each of inside surfaces of the left sidewall 18 and the right sidewall 19 of the wiring box 12 in a state that release paper 43 is peeled off from the first end 41 of the adhesive tape 13 to the vicinity of a release position indication line 45.
