The crossbar device includes with the input line of 1st set and the coming out line of force of 2nd set. It provides the plural pass transistors & the chain, it comes out of the input line in the form which makes parasitism capacitive load decrease and makes the line of force connect selectively. Furthermore, providing the memory device and decoder logic, it makes the control of selective connection easy. Furthermore, it can make low the electrical application to reconstruction possible circuit block of the plural crossbar devices improve by maintaining the input potential of the output buffer which corresponds in each memory device of the crossbar device just Vth that high supply voltage is supplied, in Vdd. Furthermore, through the control wire to all output buffers of the crossbar device which is connected mutually the control circuit is connected, application to reconstruction possible circuit block of the plural crossbar devices is improved by putting the output buffer of these crossbar devices in known power on state.
