PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for continuously producing a Chinese meat dumpling, capable of improving a shape of the formed Chinese meat dumpling and further capable of improving quality of a taste when eaten.;SOLUTION: This machine for continuously producing the Chinese meat dumpling is equipped with a pair of molding drums 7/7a under a continuously extruding port 2 of a Chinese meat dumpling material 11 which is formed by covering and enclosing a dumpling main ingredient 12 continuously extruded with a dumpling skin material 13 cylindrically and continuously extruded, wherein the molding drums 7/7a in the pair are rotated in such a manner that their circumferential surfaces 8/8a each having a plurality of molding parts 9 of the Chinese meat dumpling material 11 are positioned oppositely to each other. Further, the continuously extruding port 2 has a main ingredient extruding port 3 at its center and a slit-shaped skin material extruding port 4 by covering and enclosing the outer periphery of the main ingredient extruding port 3, an inner member 5 and an outer member 6 of the skin material extruding port 4 are eccentrically positioned, and protruded threads 19 for cutting the dumpling skin material 13 are positioned outside the molding parts 9 formed on the circumferential surfaces of the molding drums 7/7a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
