PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically conduct switching of a reproducing of audio information from a portable audio device to a reproducing of the information from an on-vehicle audio device and vice versa. SOLUTION: When a first switching signal is inputted into an on-vehicle side control section 26, index data of music being reproduced are requested with respect to a portable side communication section 12. When the index data transmitted from the section 12 are received, a reproducing of the music of the received index data is started by an on-vehicle side reproducing section 22 and reproducing of the music data is switched from a portable audio device 1 to an on-vehicle audio device 2. Moreover, when a second switching signal is inputted into the section 26, the index data of the music being reproduced are transmitted to the section 12, the reproducing of the music information by the section 22 is stopped, a reproducing of the music of the received index data is started by a portable reproducing section 11 and a reproducing of the music information is switched from the device 2 to the device 1.
