SOLUTION: With a reactor system measuring APRM signal as measured signal of the core and the signal of core flow and core pressure showing core state quantities, each transmission function is obtained from the reactivity fluctuation capable of evaluating by a reverse operation of the APRM signal and the void reactivity fluctuation capable of evaluating by the flow rate signal. From this ratio, void reactivity coefficient is evaluated. By this, void reactivity coefficient during operation is highly accurately measured without changing the state.
