PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acetate solution which is capable of manufacturing such a cellulose acetate film having excellent optical properties and physical properties not realized by conventional manufacturing methods.;SOLUTION: The cellulose acetate solution is obtained in such a manner that a mixture of a cellulose acetate having an average degree of acetylation of 58.0-62.5% and an organic solvent containing a 1-6C halohydrocarbon is cooled down to -100 to -10°C and the cooled mixture is warmed up to 0 to 120°C to dissolve the cellulose acetate into the organic solvent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
