PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an aluminum liner of a high pressure gas container capable of increasing a proof stress and eliminating an aging treatment. ;SOLUTION: In the production method of a liner, an aluminum stock 10 is subjected to solution treatment and then is imparted with plastic strain, successively is made to a liner shape by forming its end mouth part. The plastic strain is imparted by ironing of a plate thickness reduction rate of ≥50% at a normal temp. or higher or by ironing at a temp. of ≥125°C. A precipitation effect to the aluminum material is produced, by using heating in a post process of resin hardening, to the aluminum liner 11 produced by conducting solution treatment and then imparting plastic strain, and thereby the aluminum material strength is increased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
