PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently express the recording light wavelength dependency of recommended recording power, to effectively utilizing the few parameters, and to correct the recording power at a sufficiently practical level to some change of a recording light wavelength. ;SOLUTION: At least, values of c, Po (c), p are provided as the parameter expressing the recommended recording power so that the recommended recording power in an optical information recording medium is obtained by Po()=Po()(/c)p. The expression of Po () contains only one of the parameter of the wavelength dependency, and the value of () is 830 nm to 400 nm since it is visible rays regularly, and since the range of the wave-length that Po () is defined is 5 nm to 50 nm, the wavelength dependency is shown efficiently by a remarkably few parameters, and even when a recording recommended value is provided with the wavelength dependency, the necessity that the value of Po is displayed beforehand at every wavelength is eliminated, and since the wavelength dependency can be covered with the three values, the display efficiency is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
