PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium recorder for recording on the optical recording medium having the bad uniformity of recording performance in the radial direction by an appropriate recording power at each radial position, and an optical recording medium recording method and the optical recording medium.;SOLUTION: When the information is recorded on the optical disk 10 with a non-Running-OPC recording method recording the whole surface of the optical disk 10 by a recording power set at an innermost peripheral PCA area of the optical disk 10 in the optical recording medium recorder 1, correction values of the recording powers at each radial position corresponded to the recording sensitivity and recording performance of the optical disks 10 for every kind of each optical disk 10 are preliminarily set and stored in a nonvolatile memory 5, then the recording powers are corrected and recorded at the radial position of the optical disk 10 in accordance with the correction values of the stored recording powers. Consequently, the recording operation is carried out with the wider recording power margin for the optical disk 10 having the inferior uniformity of the recording performance margin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
