摘要

The invention relates to facing panelling and method for their preparation. They utilize the wood and facilities are opened for building of panelling of high aesthetic qualities. The structure of the facing panels is made of two or three basic structural elements in the shape of a circle (1) or ellipse (6) of arbitrary dimensions (permissible for the respective wood type) and the arc-like cut structural elements (2, 3, 4, 5, 8) for the assembly of the panelling. Depending on the way of their arrangement, distance between them, shifting of their centres, their rotation towards each other, the wood type, their colouring, numerous combinations of carpet or mosaic type can be produced. By the method the structural elements are made of previously dried timber of the required diameter, which are sawed into discs - crosswise or at an angle of the wood fibres, they are calibrated on a grinding machine, are pasted with paper bilaterally and are cut by means of specially made stampings, after which they are pasted over the basic surface, are ground and finally are hued and/or lacquered.
