"MICROSTRUCTURED HIGH PRESSURE NOZZLE WITH BUILT-IN FILTER FUNCTION". The present invention relates to a microstructured nozzle consisting of a number of channels, which were produced by microstructuring a plate-shaped body. In the nozzle, the channels are between shoulders, which are arranged in rows, side by side, and protruding respectively from a base plate. This microstructured baseplate is covered with a cover plate. The channels are defined according to shape, cross-sectional surface and length within narrow limits. The nozzle contains a filter as the primary frame and a secondary frame later attached to the filter. The nozzle is used, for example, with a vaporizer, with which an aerosol of a liquid containing a medicament is produced.
