The invention relates to a method for producing moulded bodies by means of injection moulding, comprising the following steps: a) a (meth)acrylate copolymer, consisting of between 85 and 98 wt. % of radically polymerised C1 to C4 alkyl esters of the acrylic or methacrylic acid and between 15 and 2 wt. % of (meth)acrylate monomers having a quaternary ammonium group in the alkyl radical, is melted and mixed with between 10 and 25 wt. % of a plasticizer, between 10 and 50 wt. % of an anti-adhesive agent, and/or between 0.1 and 3 wt. % of a parting agent, and optionally other pharmaceutically standard additives or auxiliary agents and/or a pharmaceutical active ingredient; b) the mixture is degassed at temperatures of at least 120 °C, whereby the content of low-boiling constituents is reduced to, at the highest, 0.5 wt. %, with a steam pressure of at least 1.9 bar at 120 °C; and c) the degassed mixture is injected at a temperature of between 80 and 160 °C in the mould of an injection moulding unit and the moulded body obtained is removed from the mould.
