A storage kettle (3) is provided with a funnel-shaped bottom and a spout (7) in the middle of bottom. Heating devices (35) are provided to heat contents of storage kettle. Dispensing devices (13) are connected to the spout for measured issue of the consumption liquid. Stirrers (29) are present in storage kettle to stir contents of the storage kettle. A covering device (34) covers consumption liquid in storage kettle during operation.
