Endoparasiticidal agents containing praziquantel and epsiprantel.

摘要

Endoparasitic activity of cyclic depsipeptides (I) comprising amino acid and hydroxycarboxylic acid units and having 6-30 ring atoms is increased by praziquantel (II) and epsiprantel (III). An endoparasitic agent contg. (I) together with (II) and (III) is also claimed. Known cpds. (I) are disclosed in EP382173 (depsipeptide PF 1022), WO9319053, J.
