Combination of a taxane (docetaxel) and a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor (flavopiridol)

A pharmaceutical combination comprising docetaxel and flavopiridol is disclosed to have therapeutic synergy in the treatment of neoplastic disease. A form of administration is also described wherein docetaxel is given intermittently and flavopiridol is given repeatedly within the same cycle.
