A farm complex for simultaneous mulching and cultivating the soil under sowing or fallows per one passage includes an energyû saturated transport means, to the rear part of which a unit of blade cultivators is attached, then a unit of two-windrow disk soil shredders, mounted on the joint frame with the blade cultivators, and a trailing unit, with loosening teeth, inclined in two planes, on the links of a chain, which is arranged in the rear part of the above-mentioned frame, which, in its turn, is equipped by supporting wheels, provided by soilcleaners and placed on side ends thereof, and on which (the frame) a transversal bar with vertical posts is fixed to fix demountable blade cultivators, shaped as triangles, in their lower part, onto the cutting edges of which a pointed coating as welded circles of a wear-resistant material is coated and to which vertical knives with a welded solid wear-resistant cutting edge, which are adjoined to the vertical posts, are attached and also disks of the two-windrow soil shredders are arranged immovably at angle to the longitudinal axis of the square shaft, on which they are put on, with the disks of the soil shredder on one shaft mounted at the same angle. It is supplemented with a mulcher of remains of plant origin of the drum type connected to the front power shaft of the energy-saturated transport means. In addition, the complex is equipped by an additional rotary drag chain, mounted behind the last supporting wheel of the complex, arranged on the console end of the longitudinal bar.
