Pneumatic distributor (E) mechanically activated gives pneumatic controls to hydraulic distributor (O) that along with intermediation of blocking valves and safety valves provides automatical operation of two pairs of hydraulic cylinders, per operation steps; operation 1, drawing in the first part of the cylinder "A" operation 2, drawing out the second pair of the cylinder "B" operation 3, drawing out the first part of the cylinder "A" operation 4, drawing in the second part of the cylinder "B" operation 5 bringing the hydraulic distributor into neutral position.
