Procedure for separation of benzene-toluene composition and acetic acid is characterized in that that the distilled water is added where two liquid layers are separated in the method of extraction. Benzene, toluene, acetic acid and distilled water are used in this invention. In herewith described invention, it is confirmed that by adding distilled water into benzene-toluene composition and acetic acid two liquid layers are formed. Formed layers are easily extracted. The advantage of the procedure is in that it enables use in analytic purpose. The procedure can be used for removal of traces of cancerous matters of benzene and toluene in foodstuff industry.
