The device is assembled of two cheek holding (7, 8) and two lip holding components (1, 2), each of them provided with a soft rounded front area (3, 4, 5, 6, 16) and connected with appropriately curved elastic elements (9, 10, 11, 12). Two stick-shaped extensions (14) arranged in a v-shape are positioned behind the lip holder (1, 2) and can be fitted with small silicon drums (13) of various sizes in order to adjust the distance from the teeth as required by the particular operation.
