Type plasmid vector which does not replicate in strains of the genus Brevibacterium or bacteria Corynebacterium, with the following components: a) an origin of replication for E. coli, b) one or more genetic markers, c) optionally a sequence fragment which enables DNA transfer by conjugation (mob), d) a sequence fragment, which is homologous to sequences of bacterial strains of the genus Brevibacterium or Corynebacterium and provide homologous recombination in these bacterial strains, e) the gene sacB from B. amyloliquefaciens under the control of a promoter.
