The present invention relates to compounds that are useful to inhibit,regulate and/or modulate tyrosine and serine/threonine kinase and kinase-likeproteins, such as RAF kinase, a serine/threonine kinase that functions in theMAP kinase signaling pathway. The application is also concerned withcompositions which contain these compounds, and methods of using them to treattyrosine and serine/threonine kinase and kinase-like dependent diseases, suchas angiogenesis, cancer and cardiac hypertrophy, and with other subject matter.
