Cold-stabilized fatty acid composition comprises: (a) 10-99.9 wt.% of a fatty acid mixture comprising 1-99 wt.% saturated and 1-99 wt.% unsaturated mono- or di-carboxylic acids with 6-50 carbon (C) atoms; and (b) 0.01-90 wt.% of a copolymer comprising 40-60 mole% units of formula (Ia) or (Ib), 40-60 mole% units of formula (II) and 0-20 mole% of poly(3-5C olefin) units containing a total of 35-350 C atoms.
