The residues of the fluid phase with the oxidizing agent is transferred for oxidation of toxic components. The oxidizing agent is hydrogen peroxide/hydrogen peroxide derivative, and per acid salt/mixture of per acid salt, an alkali/ammonium salt, alkali peroxide sulfate, ammonium peroxide sulfate, and/or sodium per carbonate of peroxide sulfuric acid and/or peroxide carbonic acid. The aqueous phase of the oxidizing agent with 0.01-0.5 wt% is transferred with a demulsifying agent, accelerator and flocculating agent. An independent claim is included for a mixture from peroxide salt, flocculating agent and accelerator for treatment of aqueous residues of the oil extraction.
