Each of the thin plates (11,12) of a laminated core (10) has triangular wide flanges (11b,12b) provided at both ends and a coil wound portion (11a,12a) provided between both ends. A core case (15) has projections (15a) that push both ends of thin plates of lower group (14) to separate from both ends of thin plates of upper group (13) in the laminating direction of thin plates of laminated core while the laminated core is housed in core case. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a watch; and (B) a method of manufacturing an antenna.
