A bath towel for scrubbing and washing off dirt is provided to solidly fasten an uneven block within a towel body without using adhesive, to allow users to easily grip both ends of the towel body, and to maintain a cleansing liquid within the uneven block for a long time and to achieve good foam generation of cleansing liquid. The bath towel for scrubbing and washing off the dirt from user's skin comprises: a towel body(11), having a strap shape with a determined length and made out of a flexible material; a bag portion(12), arranged in a center of a longitudinal direction of the towel body(11); and an uneven block(14), having an oval-type sphere shape and received within the bag portion(12). The uneven block(14) has many lugs which are formed in every place of an outer circumference thereof, and many circular grooves which are extended in a circumferential direction thereof.
