The output data signal is output as an even data signal corresponding to an even clock and an odd data signal corresponding to an odd clock. The even data signal is output in synchronization with the even clock signal in part, and the period varies at specific time intervals. The odd data signals are output in synchronization with some of the odd clock signals, and their periods also change at specific time intervals. Therefore, the portion where the clock signal and the data signal overlap is reduced, so that the electromagnetic interference emission amount is reduced.
