A Stabilizer Roll preventing Plates for Zinc Plating from Shaking

PURPOSE: A stabilizer roll for preventing strip from being trembled in galvanizing pot is provided to reduce widthwise coating weight deviation of plating strip and suppress non-uniformity of coated surface of the plating strip due to trembling of the strip by suppressing bending and trembling of strip passing through galvanizing pot. CONSTITUTION: In a continuous galvanizing line comprising sink roll driven in continuous galvanizing pot and front and rear stabilizer rolls, the stabilizer roll for preventing strip from being trembled in the galvanizing pot is characterized in that the front stabilizer roll(4-1) is vertically moved, and the rear stabilizer roll is horizontally moved, wherein the front stabilizer roll(4-1) comprises a block(17) on which protrusion part is formed in such a way that the protrusion part is vertically operated with being connected to the end part of shaft and inserted into groove of sink roll housings; a connector(11) for connecting a part where the block(17) and front stabilizer roll(4-1) are connected to an ascending and descending unit; an ascending descending screw shaft(18) ascended and descended with being connected to the connector(11); a screw rotary gear(21) connected to the ascending descending screw shaft(18); and a power motor(15) for driving the screw rotary gear(21).
