PURPOSE: An insulin pump is provided which safely and accurately detects blood sugar by using a skin contact type of blood sugar detecting sensor in real time and accurately controls insulin administration by a closed loop system. CONSTITUTION: The insulin pump comprises: (i) a blood sugar signal transmitting part which detects the change of blood sugar by skin contact of the user and transmits the blood sugar signal by wireless; and (ii) a blood sugar signal receiving part which receives the transmitted blood sugar signal and controls to administer an adequate amount of insulin according to the condition of the user.
