PURPOSE: A gateway system in an integrated service network management system structure for managing an integrated service network of a discrete network environment is provided to manage a discrete network using a consistent method irrespective of the characteristic or state of a lower network equipment in the discrete network environment. CONSTITUTION: A message manager(202a) composes a command received from an integrated service network management system as a command with a binary data type. A database manager(202d) manages a network equipment for storing the binary data in the network equipment. A process manager(202e) judges whether a command to be processed is stored in the network equipment through the database manager(202d) and processes the judged result. A command manager(202f) performs a command using the network equipment and changes a current processing state of a corresponding command through the database manager(202d).
