The present invention relates to high temperature superconducting coatings coated with a Tl-1223 phase high temperature superconducting film on a silver (Ag) substrate, wherein the (001) plane of the Tl-1223 phase high temperature superconducting film is coated on a (113) plane of a silver (Ag) substrate. The surface of the film is epitaxial growth in the [001] direction. The high temperature superconducting coating conductor coated with the Tl-1223 phase high temperature superconducting film on the silver substrate is a technical subject.
