A wrist watch type bluetooth headset assembly is provided to reduce the risk of loss or breakage by being used as a watch usually and as a headset during communication. A wrist watch type bluetooth headset assembly includes a band(30), a fixed body(10), and a bluetooth headset(20). The band(30) is attached on the wrist of a user. The fixed body(10) with a predetermined shape is attached on the wrist of the user by being fixed with the band(30). The bluetooth headset(20) is detachably installed at the upper part of the fixed body(10) so as to perform wireless communication with a portable terminal by being separated from the fixed body(10) during communication.
