FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves examining non-stimulated oral fluid with biochemiluminometer device for determining light sum S and luminescence intensity I_max and determining AOA coefficient value from I_max/S ratio. Dienic conjugate and Schiff's bases concentrations are to be concurrently determined in the oral fluid for calculating oxidation coefficient K₀ from their relationship. When obtaining AOA=0.164±0.019 relative units and K₀ = 0.076±0.013 relative units, favorable inflammatory process clinical course is to be predicted. AOA=0.126±0.010 relative units and K₀ = 0.054±0.008 relative units, unfavorable slow inflammatory process clinical course is to be predicted. AOA=0.093±0.008 relative units and K₀ = 0.036±0.008 relative units, unfavorable slow inflammatory process clinical course with tendency to inflammation generalization is to be predicted. AOA=0.186±0.007 relative units and K₀ = 0.093±0.018 relative units are considered to be norm.;EFFECT: high accuracy and information capacitance of diagnosis.
