The seat has a back rest (11) that is connected with a head rest (2) by a retainer. A cushion part is provided in the head rest and is arranged on a cushion part supporter. The cushion part is arranged transverse to the seat and is traversable about a swivel axis for adjustment of inclination of the head rest. A fluid fillable blister (26) is provided between the cushion part and the supporter for swiveling the cushion part.
