Low density,highly durable and good west set HR seat cushion and cushion back system with wide range of application:incorporated with low monol and good flowability polyols and high performance polymer-polyol

Low density is an indidpensable trend for the automotive seat materials in recent years.However,because of the limitation of maintaining durability and good moldability of the materials,lowest limit is usually as far as 50kg/cm3 for seat cushion and almost 35kg/cm3 for seat back materials respectively.Combination of very low monol polyols with high performance POP,"Hyperlite XL",and at the same time radial poymerizable and urethane formable polyols,together with TM isocyanate,are examined to give much lower density seat materials such as 35kg/cm3 for seat cushion.
