The turbine has a turbine wheel including a hube with a turbine wheel blades (6) and auxiliary blades (20). The auxiliary blades are arranged in a exhaust channel, which is defined by two turbine wheel blades, on the hub. The auxiliary blades are dimensioned in such a manner that a throughput parameter of the turbine wheel blades is set to a throughput parameter of the auxiliary blades in a ratio, which is greater than 15. An independent claim is also included for an exhaust-gas turbo charger in an internal combustion engine.
