It is recommended to keep the feet in a higher position than the head in particular when resting in a hot area as in a sauna. The foot support element is assembled of two triangular laterally positioned elements (8), a transversal rear part, and a second horizontally positioned element with a convex upper surface for a perfect support of the heel area. The rear part has a hook shaped upper edge (10) for being hung to one of the slats forming the backrest (1) of a sauna bench (3).
