The device has two coaxial pipe sections (12) that are connected with each other. A clamping ring (72) or a retaining ring is provided as a collar shaped unit with a retaining rod (78) and a fixing ring that project from the shaped unit, where the shaped unit surrounds the pipe unit. The rod is formed at the clamping ring at an angle ranging between 30 degrees and 50 degrees and at outer side of the retaining ring.
