Self-strengthening, THERMOPLASTICAL MODIFIED HALF-PRODUCTS, SPECIFIC FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF HEALTH CERTIFICATES, MANUFACTURING PROCEDURES AND PREPARATIONS THEREOF

A self-hardening formable semifinished product (SFP), comprising a single layer plate of filled polymethyl methacrylate, where the SFP plate has a mean filler content of F m wt.% relative to its total weight, an upper side O and an underside U, where the upper side is not enriched and the underside is enriched in filler relative to F m. Independent claims are included for: (1) production of the SFP by polymerization of a methyl acrylate system by casting, preferably using a chamber process or a modification of this, where the system contains wt.%):(A) (a) (meth)acrylate (50-100, a1) methyl(meth) acrylate (0-99), (a2) 2-4C (meth) acrylate, (a3) greater than 5C (meth)acrylate, (a4) multivalent (sic) (meth)acrylate (0.01-50), (b) comonomer (0-50), (b1) vinyl aromatics (0-50), (b2) vinyl ester (0-50), where components a to b are so selected that they comprise 100 wt.% of component A, (B) a prepolymer soluble or swellable in A (0-12), (C) initiator in amount sufficient for hardening of component A, (D) optionally a means for setting the viscosity of the system, (E) additional additive in amount 3 wt.% per 1 wt.% of A, and (F) filler (0.25-4) per 1 wt.% of binder (the sum of A to E); (2) a shaped part obtained from the SFP plate.
