PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, a position registration method and a resource control method for mobile stations in the system, and a recording medium that can realize flexible and efficient position management and resource control for the mobile stations.;SOLUTION: A mobile station MS #1 resident in a position registration area #1 at present point of time is scheduled to move to a position registration area #N at a future time T and transmits mobile schedule information to a position management agent 10 in a prescribed format to inform the agent 10 about a mobile schedule destination. The position management agent 10 recognizes to which of position registration areas #0, 1,..., N the mobile schedule destination corresponds based on the informed mobile schedule information. The position management agent 10 sets a mobile schedule flag to a position registration database based on the mobile schedule information in the format above received from the mobile station MS #1 and additionally registers a mobile time and a mobile destination position registration area to the database.
