The valve has a body (1) with an external opening (24) for filtering and emptying a gas from a bottle (20). A piston is slidingly and tightly mounted inside the body to block and unblock an internal filtering opening (30). Another piston is movably mounted at an interior of the former piston to block and open an internal emptying opening (31). An independent claim is also included for a bottle filtering tool.
