The device has an outrigger with a blocking unit (3) moved relative to a chassis between blocking, sliding and extraction positions for blocking, sliding and extracting the outrigger on rails, respectively. The outrigger has a return spring (19) to pre-stress the unit to the blocking position. The unit is pre-stressed on a blocking surface (24) of the rails so as to be subjected to a force to stress the chassis in support on the rails. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a removable outrigger sliding device.
