The leg has an inflatable pocket (20) fixed to lower end of a rigid tube (21) that permits the filling of the pocket with water. A stabilization unit (23) is integrated to the tube and has three stabilizing legs (231). The pocket is emptied using the tube to bring the leg to transport configuration. The pocket is in contact with ground between the legs when it is filled with water. An independent claim is also included for a sunshade leg installing method.
