The points have a closing device (7) and include analyzers connected to an adjustment instrument (11) for modifying the rate of air extraction according to pre-established warning levels for analyzed pollutants. Large surface modules are arranged in the premise to channelize the air flow according to a laminar flow mode imposed by a partitioned structure of a wall (3) and a floor (4).
