PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a tolerance level about the color reproduction of an identical color signal changes by a distance from an observing point when equality is observed by human being's eyes, and there is a visual characteristic that if the distance is shorter, the difference of a color becomes sensitive, but if the difference is longer, the difference of the color becomes difficult to be sensitive; a conventional evaluation technique of equality in a plane has not a good correlation between an actual completed image and an evaluation result since the human being's visual characteristic is not considered. PSOLUTION: The device outputs image data which form the arbitrary same image in a whole page (S1) to an image forming device, establishes a reference point in an image plane of an output object outputted from the image forming device for the image data, and measure the reflection property of the reference point (S2). The device establishes an arbitrary measuring point which is different from the reference point on an image plane of the output object, measures a reflection property of the measuring point (S3), and calculates a distance of the reference point and the measuring point and a difference of the reflection property (S4).
