PURPOSE: A device for evaluating the quality of a picture and a method thereof are provided to subjectively evaluate the quality of a picture and suggest the evaluated result.;CONSTITUTION: An OSD(On Screen Display) generating unit(110) generates an OSD including detailed questions related to the quality of at least one picture. An input unit(120) receives the detailed questions from a user. A controller(130) classifies the detailed questions into preset items. The controller operates evaluation of the user for the detailed questions. The controller evaluates picture quality by the classified item.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
